Used Tire Raised Garden Beds and Tree Rings

Here’s a cool Instructable I found where the writer had a supply of used tires to get rid of (or use for something else). Since the recycle fee is about $8/each on average nationally, finding a new use for them is much cheaper and easier. I’ve seen used tires being used for a lot of cool uses, especially flower pots in the yard, filled with cement with a post to support a basketball standard, and more.
