		<description>You have to leave the Chili seeds in the chili peppers or they lose some of their zest. Even better, roast them lightly in a dry frying pan til you hear the seeds start popping. That releases more of the chili oil from the seeds into the mix making it spicier! 

Just my two cents for whatever that is worth with our economy today!</description>
