Read the Emails From Hadley Scientists Yourself – Now Searchable
Filed Under: Environmental News on November 22, 2009
A new search-able database of the emails hacked and leaked from the Climate Research Unit (CRU) at the University of East Anglia. There are a lot of them to go through and a tool like this is obviously what’s needed to begin building a case history of how these pseudo-scientists faked their way into huge grants and a “consensus.”
The search engine comes courtesy of the folks at AnElegantChaos.org and can be accessed at this link.
Want some fun? Try searching for names like McIntyre (the CRU’s arch-nemesis), trying the word skeptic comes up with 105 matches, while searching for moron nets only one.
There is a lot of information here and it will be a long time before anyone has thoroughly quantified what all of this means for the global warming alarmists. I’m waiting for the U of East Anglia to suspend some of these people pending an investigation, shutting down their current lies research.
Oh, and to Mr. Mann’s claim that this is “highly illegal” and “should be prosecuted” and all that.. Well, Mr. Mann, some of these emails have been the subject of freedom of information requests for years. You and your cohorts refused to comply. So they were taken forcefully, outside of the “law,” and now you’re crying foul? Ya, I think you know what you can do with that lame accusation, buddy.
Hat tip to Watts for the heads up on this new tool.
